Our Work
Supportive Housing and Community Development Consulting
BeauxSimone Consulting offers training, technical assistance and project development. This includes everything from helping organizations envision a project concept to bringing the right partners to the table, packaging applications for funding, and seeing a building through opening and stabilization of its residents.

BeauxSimone Consulting offers a 5-month long training series that builds the capacity of community providers and offers the skills and knowledge needed to build and operate successful permanent supportive housing projects. The training is production oriented with the goal being feasible projects that produce new or rehabbed units, including high-quality supportive services, based on best practices for the residents who will live in those units. Toolkits have been conducted in Minnesota, Colorado, Utah and New Mexico. We are helping to lead the first-ever Tribal Toolkit, in partnership with HUD, Collaborative Solutions and the National American Indian Housing Council.

Testimonials
These women say what they mean, do what they say and never let any obstacles go unchallenged…or usually, undefeated. They were with us from the start and remain as much a part of the SCC Family as we are of BeauxSimone. Can’t thank them enough. I love ‘em. Great Women…and Baddazzes.”
The BeauxSimone team has helped lead our agency and others in finding and financing new development opportunities at an exponential rate. Their hands-on expertise, willingness to meet deadlines on short notice, and imparted wisdom on all involved helped us assemble and fund three major projects serving the populations that are often left behind in housing.”
“I have had the opportunity to work with Katie and Zoe over the past year or more. They are creative, hard-working, persistent, and have a strong grasp of how permanent supportive housing works, and what it takes to achieve a successful development. These two make good, real world decisions, and your development will be better with Katie and Zoe on your team.”
