Morning Star Apartments are the Flathead Reservation’s first permanent supportive housing. It’s a collaboration between the Confederated Salish and Kootenai Tribes, the Salish and Kootenai Housing Authority and the Tribal Defenders Office.
Morning Star was able to utilize CARES Act funding from the Housing Authority in response to COVID and CSKT homelessness.
The Sail River Longhouse is a 21 unit permanent supportive housing project located on the Makah Reservation in Neah Bay, WA.
This was the first project to be funded with low-income housing tax credits that came through the PSH Toolkit. BeauxSimone Consulting began working on this project in 2014 and has supported it since.
Providence at the Heights is designed for individuals and families who have a history of homelessness or who are at-risk of becoming homeless and will benefit from supportive services.
