Arroyo Village

Denver, CO
Creating Arroyo Village in partnership with Rocky Mountain Communities allows The Delores Project to ensure 35 individuals who have experienced homelessness will have access to very low-income housing. These individuals will receive supportive services on site to help ensure their ongoing needs in physical and behavioral health, life skills, and social engagement – all of which are crucial to maintain housing – are met.

Partners in this project include The Delores Project, who is the lead service provider and Rocky Mountain Communities, which manages all 130 units in the property. Additionally, BlueLine Development was the developer and Shopworks Architecture designed the building using trauma-informed care design throughout. BeauxSimone has offered consulting services since 2015, and we continue to support staff from both organizations to ensure that property management and services are working hand in hand to serve all residents at Arroyo Village using best practices for supportive housing.
